It depends on the type of system. For an assistant trained on your documentation, yes. For other applications, we can work with public data or pre-trained models. We evaluate case by case.
Which AI models do you use?
Primarily OpenAI models (GPT-4, o1), Anthropic (Claude) and open source models as appropriate. The choice depends on the use case, cost and privacy requirements.
Is it expensive to run an AI system in production?
