Processing of form data is based on your consent when submitting it. Analytics processing is based on your consent when accepting cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Retention
We keep form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for legally required periods. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties except by legal obligation. We use providers acting as processors: Brevo (transactional email), Vercel (hosting) and Google (analytics). Some may be located outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@fjom.studio. If you believe processing does not comply, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
