We tell you at the diagnosis stage, before you spend on an impossible repair. Sometimes the honest answer is to rebuild a part — and we tell you that too. We do not charge for false hope.
Do you work with code you did not write?

The diagnosis is €290 and you get it in 48h. The fix depends on what we find, and we always quote it before touching anything. If you go ahead, the diagnosis is deducted from the total.
